I think there was a misunderstanding about what needed to be done, which was my fault. Anyway she got here late in the day and after realizing it was a bigger electrical problem than expected asked if they could come back Monday to which I agreed. I don’t think they have been here yet.

Issue was caused by a power outage. The guy talked me through how to reset the AC over the phone.
