NO SCHEDULE SET UP

This is an unusual situation the hardware in my implant broke. I was sent to Dunlap where crown& faulty hardware removed. I was ttold my dentist would contact me for next step. I was never contacted, and when I called, , can't get an appointment for almost 6 weeks. So I don't know what's to be done next, But another six weeks without my molar after going through the implant procedure less than two years ago is rather upsetting. Staff a bit snarky when I tried to get answers

First time I can truly say I enjoyed my visit at the dentist the doctor and assistant was so great very humble and the clerk penny was a great help doing her job and helping me with my business and my money this is the greatest dentist this side of Heaven may God bless all their workers and doctors

I was very surprised at the lack of communication about what was included in a typical visit. X-rays and a quick check from the dentist was it. Then an employee asked if I wanted a cleaning… isn’t that included in a standard visit? It was a very disappointing experience

It was wonderful! Lacey, Traci, and Dr were soóo kind, professional, and explained everything. I got in right on time. Office itself is nice and very clean. I am very happy to have this as my new dentist office.
