Excellent facility and friendly staff

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. They got me in on a very short notice to treat my abscess tooth. Doctor Ruffner did an excellent job on initial assessment and explaining issues to me and possible solutions that would follow.

I booked an appointment for a cleaning only to show up, have a broken panoramic x-ray device, have other x-rays taken with some very uncomfortable devices, and then be told I need a cleaning. I've never experienced that before with any other dentist and doesn't seem conducive to the needs of the public. I could understand if a perfunctory cleaning was done but then be told that I needed to book a deeper cleaning because there wasn't enough time for my needs.Awesome staff, though. I still worry that I didn't express that I think they do a great job under the circumstances.Going back to the big chunks of plastic we're supposed to fit in our mouths, my other appointment that day was a larger tattoo. That was much less uncomfortable than the x-rays. I don't know if there were problems found with the other methods I've had done when taking targeted x-rays of teeth groupings in the past, but if there aren't, you should look in changing the method.

Every single person was very pleasant and explained what they were going to do for me, then went over the results & what would happen next, it was a great experience

The people were very nice and informative, the dentist took his time and explained stuff to me, overall a very good experience

Everyone was very cordial, due a cancelation i was able to get initial bite wings exam and cleaning g all at one visit.

It was a nice experience. But they kept waiting a bit more time than usual. Me and my husband spent around 2hrs in the place. I, personally, was remain waited after taking inside. Multiple persons came and handed over to other. And, they came back and took back me again! Time is precious, for everyone. Especially, in working days we need to take short leave from office for checkup.

Needed an urgent appt and got in that morning. Staff so friendly and office very relaxing

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr Manny was attentive and explained procedures in detail. I cannot recommend Maple Shade enough.
