I ordered fix toilet.

took much longer than expected but very satisfied & all completed.

The maintenance guy has been amazing every time they send him out. He is so friendly and whatever needs to be fixed is completed. Marion Ridge is one of the best places I have rented from so far. The staff in general are so nice and friendly. The office staff are amazing as well. If the rent all around would quit increasing it would be even better.

Thought my bathroom fan wasn't working but it was just quiet.

I know you send notes to persons with Dogs 🐕 about picking up after them, I think you should stress it to those coming in as new residents. It’s in the lease but most don’t read the lease about certain things .

I reported no water. I checked the water spiket on the out side of the building. No water came out. It was the whole building out of water. Later I found out it was all of Marion ridge community was out of water. So when maintenance came the next day I told him that the water came on about an hour after.

Working with Mike is always enjoyable.
