2 years back maintenance team came same day and efficiently did their work but after some time it took 72 hours now it takes weeks but still no response.

I recently had a service request handled by Evan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He addressed the issue quickly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism from start to finish. I really appreciated that he called before entering my unit and was very mindful of keeping everything clean while he worked. We are truly lucky to have such a nice and dedicated staff member in our community.

We 43648 unit, we’ve been requesting for a stove burner, master’s bathroom sink, shower rod, toilet both bathroom, filter, etc…. it’s been over years nothing is done. It is very very very poor. Thank you,

Very disappointed. Maintenance technician came 1 time and addressed only 1 issue - greasy filter (Ref 1729-1) while other issues (Ref 1728-1, 1746-1) have not been addressed. Then the technician informed that he will come back but it never happened. Then Mariposa just flipped the service status to "Completed" except for Ref1727-1 and asked survey. It happened every service request. The unit is getting worse and worse but the leasing office/maintenance is ignoring.
