Lived here for almost 2 years, and the lack of commitment/support from management to address the ongoing front yard that is growing full of weed/grass is astounding.Promised that the front yard would be maintained and cleaned before we moved in almost 2 years ago. Fast forward to now and the problem is still not taken care of despite numerous corresponded and "promises."

I’m giving this rating because, although the place is quiet to live in, the rent is very high for units that haven't been renovated in ages—not to mention the lack of parking spaces.

Since moving in, we’ve experienced a persistent odor in the garage and a recurring ant issue that has made it difficult to comfortably use the kitchen. We were also not provided keys for the garage-to-kitchen door or the mailbox, which has been inconvenient.The window frames appear worn, and in some cases the glass feels unstable when opening or closing. The sliding door is difficult to lock and does not operate smoothly, and there are sections of glass with embedded stains that cannot be removed. Several window screens are damaged with holes and significant fading, though I understand that is largely cosmetic.Additionally, the fan in the spare bathroom rattles loudly, some patchwork repairs are visibly noticeable, and the flooring upstairs is uneven. While these are items I could potentially work around, they are disappointing given that I am paying significantly more—approximately 40% higher rent than my previous home—and had higher expectations for the overall condition.On a positive note, the outdoor living space is well maintained and has been a great feature for our family, especially for the kids. Evan is also very nice; it is good to see a face of the company on premise.

Team was very courteous and professional.

A sudden increase of rent has been the motive to loose our long known neighbors . New neighbors are not staying longer periods anymore.

Professional with all automation tool process with LOFT, DOOR, etc.Only missing garage remote and mail box key handed over. But got them covered on the next couple days.

I do not live there anymore.A squatter named Andrea Walsh moved into my garage and wouldnt leave so I left.
