i was so excited to live at Mariposa...and sadly have been disappointed with the renter experience thus far.rate a 5 - really prolonged the process for something that should've been addressed in a more timely manner. the property manager also rarely, if ever, showed initiative in addressing the situation and relied on the renter to repeatedly reach out the team in order to move the process along. the renter's concerns were initially discredited, leading to a further delay in treating the issue.downgraded to 4 - multiple service requests have gone unanswered for the past few months. what's worse is that the renter had to put in the same service request twice because the first request was marked as "resolved" despite no intervention taken to remedy the situation.

- Pest control service came.- However, no one contacted or came for other service request. (door gap issue, refrigerator, greasy kitchen filter)

The request is completely done and thank you appreciate, but let the team know that be respectful we know that we are only renting the unit but next time when the fixed inside the house, they need to wear plastic sacks to their shoes to go in and out the unit. as respect to the renter’s
