Easy access 24/7. Customer Service close to 100%, but several times, we arrived at the office to tend to issues personally and had to wait a good while before anyone was at the desk. Prices were decent, particularly the rent 1 month get a 2nd month free promotion. The attention when I was initially inquiring was superb.
