I feel that in-house management is wonderful and really know what they are doing. They go above and beyond and truly care. Upper management that is not in the building is a bit of a different story, especially for the floor staff. With Savannah being the exception, staff feel that upper management are very cold and unwilling to speak to us when they come to visit the building. This makes staff feel worthless and causes us to have mixed feelings regarding our jobs. We love our in house management, but when you feel that your upper management does not care about you, it becomes bothersome.New management has really turned things around at our building. Residents are much happier and healthier since they have taken over, as are staff. Additionally, it’s so nice to see the dietary situation improve tremendously. I cannot say enough good things about Tammy and what she has done in the kitchen.
