Place is new; clean and very user friendly thank you

1. When visiting the location's office to inquire, I was not told there were significant differences in pricing on different floors, instead told, "we have a convenient unit open right now on the first floor and the price is xx."2. Raising the price $33 (18%) just two months after I moved into the unit.3. After the second raise in price, now totalling a 35% increase in just 13 months, I called a non-local CubeSmart representative and asked for pricing. I discovered that the exact same size storage unit on any other floor but the first floor was a whopping 62% less per month. Of course, had I been offered a selection of units and pricing 13 months ago, I would have selected a cheaper unit.4. Ridiculously, I had to secure a new, lower priced unit, and move all my belongings. AGAIN. So, while on medical leave and trying to recover from a major surgery and back injury, and unable to afford hired labor, I had to do the move myself.5. To make matters worse, my interactions with the manager of this location gave no evidence that he is at all customer-focused. His demeanor is unprofessional, pompous and flippant.

Nice people. Very efficient and friendly. Storage unit very clean and safe.

The process to rent and to close out my unit was super easy and convenient. You have great facilities (love the overhang and the phone access for the gate). Last the staff were always super friendly!

Keeping prices low is important

1/3 price mark up is too unreasonable and unrealistic for most anyone in this economy.
