No one came to check on the chemical smell in my daughter’s bedroom, and it’s making us feel sick with migraines.

The electrician was very polite and courteous.

I find the building is well maintained and the communications.

The work is not done, why am I receiving this survey like it is? There is still a big hole in my ceiling and all my stuff is everywhere in my apartment in preparation for someone to come.

Office staff is A+, maintenance team standards are low, and always park in the only loading zone parking to attempt avoiding parking fees.

Please return a designated garbage can in the parking level garages. It made ZERO sense for the building to remove them. Now people just leave the garbage on the floor ..Also, in the main lobby, once the fob is used to unlock the door, it opens automatically. These automatic door openers need to be added in the parking garage. People come in with handfuls of groceries and other purchases and there’s always a struggle to get through the doors and open them with handfuls/armful or items. And why on earth is there paid visitors parking. That’s absolutely absurd. Family members should not have to pay to visit people in the building.

Repairs from annual inspections have not been worked on for 4 years. They are minor annoyances (leaky faucets), but was told they would be fixed. Major problems are always acted on quickly though.
