I paid my rent on the 25, and was sent a recept confirming I paid on the 25, but you didn't withdraw my rent until the afternoon of the 29. Because I was told my payment went through, I transfered funds to another account, which is what caused the issue. I called multiple times and submitted a work order but nobody responded. I had to go to the office to talk to someone and I didn't get my answer so I requested they called me the next day when they had more information. I didn't appreciate being told I should have had the money in the account when I did and the reason I transfered funds was because Minto sent me a recept confirming you received my payment. Rent cafe even showed the payment went through. I repeatedly asked why would Minto send me a recept confirming you received my payment when the payment hadn't gone through and I was told I should have had enough money to pay my rent. This back and forth happened for several minutes until I gave up and told the woman in the office to call me when she had more information.

Seems to be micro management going on.Example; removal of trash cans in the parking garage. As a result tenants drop their garbage where the cans used to be.
