Excellent service and follow up!

A team very experienced and knowledgeable in the market and business of property management and real estate. Decades of qualified business knowledge brings value to any client. Office personnel is professional, courteous and helpful. Response time is generally same day.

greatly appreciated

Marples are very responsive. I have been with them for 9+ years and I am very happy with their service.

We have been with Marples Property Management for approximately a year and a half and have been very satisfied with their services. They helped us with an eviction and done all the necessary repairs. We recommend them for anyone looking to have their property managed.

Marples does a great job of staying on top of the management of my property. They communicate well and are flexible about how and when to talk, in order to work around my busy schedule. When work needs to be done, they find contractors that offer very competitive rates.I would recommend Marples for the simplification they provide.

They never finish the task.

bad follow up and meeting expectations
