Marples team has always been accessible,, knowledgeable , helpful, efficient, problem solving, accurate, honest, and hardworking. They are managing two houses for me in the East and South Bay since 2916. They use good communication skills and I count on them and have never doubted their expertise.

Cathie has a great experience in Realestat. We love doing business with Cathie Marples

I hired Marples Property Management seven years ago to manage a rental property for me in Brentwood. I have found them to be a very reputable company and the owners, Matt and Cathie, are a pleasure to work with.

Excellent services and great accounting in line

Always satisfied

Great service

I have had a very good experience with Marples Property Management. The team is always quick to respond whenever I have a question or need help. They communicate clearly and make sure I understand everything. I really appreciate that they keep me informed about every decision and include me in the process. It makes me feel confident that my property is in good hands. They are professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I am very happy with their service and give them 5 stars!

responsible , timely , professional

I have been dealing with the service they have been giving me with renting the property that I own. I could not be any more satisfied with the service they have given me over the years. I differently would recommend them if they need a property they own to rent.

Been working with this property management for few years and they are managing couple of my rentals. Staff are great people to work with, and they've always found top notch tenants.
