Needs more communication

My rental was handled very professionally and efficiently,I had a few unexpected situations happened in preparing the rental, however, Marples was proactive and stepped up and took care of these issues. As a customer I was so pleased with the serve that I have referred a friend to use Marples Property Management to manage their rental.

Outstanding service

Marples is a highly professional, responsive, and proactive property management company. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant, making property management stress-free. Highly recommended for their reliability and customer-focused approach

Very professional. They were very helpful and virtuous.

I have had my investment property managed by Marples P.M. since 2011. Needless to say I am completely satisfied with the services received from them. They have always found me responsible tenants, the current occupants going on 4 years at the property. Their staff is very responsive always helping to find solutions to anything that may occur. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who does not want to self manage.Gary F.Hayward, CA
