I have used Marples Property Management to handle my rental property at Brentwood since 2017. They offer a great service starting from selecting right tenants through the repairs of my property. I am worry free for my rental house. They also have a great accounting team to handle all financial transactions related to my property. I always receive rent payments on time or payments with a late fee charged when the tenants paid late occasionally. At the year end, a yearly financial statement and 1099 form are delivered. It helps me to complete income tax filling correctly. I used some realtors for my rental properties before. The services I received are no comparison with Marples which is specialized on property management.
