Marples Property Managment has managed my rental properties in Antioch for more than 10 years. I believe they are the best property management company in the area.

Great property managers

I have used Marples Property Management to handle my rental property at Brentwood since 2017. They offer a great service starting from selecting right tenants through the repairs of my property. I am worry free for my rental house. They also have a great accounting team to handle all financial transactions related to my property. I always receive rent payments on time or payments with a late fee charged when the tenants paid late occasionally. At the year end, a yearly financial statement and 1099 form are delivered. It helps me to complete income tax filling correctly. I used some realtors for my rental properties before. The services I received are no comparison with Marples which is specialized on property management.

Excellent

I am very satisfied with their service. They always fulfill their management responsibilities as stated in the agreement.

Need more communications

Absolutely fantastic property management company! They are professional, responsive, and always go above and beyond to take care of both my property and my tenants. Communication is clear and timely, and maintenance issues are handled quickly. I have total peace of mind knowing my investment is in great hands. Highly recommended!

We contacted Marples Property Management for help when we wanted to rent an apartment in Oakley. Cathie Marples met with us to explain their services and evaluate the property we had to offer. Upon listing it she found just the right person to rent it and appreciate the unique qualities it had to offer. We have been very satisfied with the month-to-month service that Marples Property Management provides.

They were able to rent out our home in less than 30 days
