Marple has been managing my rental now for many years. They been great and my tenants have always been happy.

We are very pleased to work with Marples Property Management who are taking care of a few properties for us in Bay Area, they’re easy to communicate and keeping our homes in a good shape plus finding great tenants for us. Andrey and Olga.

Your staff receives and processes rents in a timely manner. It is deposited in my account before the tenth. Thank you

No problem with their services

Good experience.

They are very responsive and do a very good job for us. I would recommend their service.

Marples Property Management have managed a 16 tenant strip shopping center for me for several years. They do a good job and Sandy is always very responsive, even when disturbed by security alarms in the middle of the night.I appreciate their efforts to handle the budget and every day accounting and would recommend them to another landlord.Bob Cranmer-BrownRedwood Square, Vallejo.

Always great

Had a horrible tenant that refused to pay rent. Marples never followed through with paperwork to evict. Three month delay of doing paperwork after attorney involved. I wasn’t happy with their property management at all.

Great experience!
