An upgrade to where we live now. It’s so nice . Glad I was able to find something during this time in my life, Maria was helpful and wasn’t pressuring or rushing us. Went the extra mile to narrowing other views of other units

Ceiling sound proofing is very weak. You can hear heavy and soft stepping from the balcony to the inside very clear.

Everything is falling apart. My car has been broken into. Ac had to be replaced. And my light fixture in my entry way leaks every time it rains, the fix being maintenance bringing me a bucket… ridiculous for what I pay for 500 sqft.

The customer service I recieved, the facility well kept, and nice place to possibly move into.
