Too much police activity.Too many police raids.Don’t feel safe. It’s a community full of criminals and drug dealers. Definitely not as advertised

Maria did a great job of explaining everything about the complex, she was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Living facing the dog park, I feel like the dog waste needs to be addressed. The smell is awful, especially when it's hot. Cleaning the dog waste on a regular basis should be done, since the dog owners are irresponsible.

This was My husband and I’s first place together so it will always be special to us. However, a few things. We didn’t really feel safe as there was multiple times when random people would try to open our door. There was never parking. Our upstairs neighbors were always yelling at each other and also stomping around or even throwing things at the ground so that wasn’t pleasant. our next door neighbors were always smoking, and i mean always. The gates were always broken so it wasn’t really a gated community. And towards the end of living there we had an insane amount of ants every where, no matter how clean we were or if we had food out which we did not, they were EVERYWHERE.

The gates in the back are never fixed so random people come inside the complex very often at night. So we do not feel safe at night.The bbq grills in the back pool are never fixed. The tennis court is still not fixed. The tennis courts have dog poop.

Great customer service. Maria made it easy to view the units and provided the right information.

I have to admit, the property looks much better now under new management

Soooo much better since the new company purchased these apartments. I used to hate living here and had a list of ongoing issues and violations. Now I really have no complaints except for parking which has been considerably worse in the past few months.

Darius was dispatched right away to fix our AC fan and even took care of the next fix (dryer) right away. He is courteous and a seasoned professional
