Nice staff and very helpful

I’m happy to live in Marquessa community. The amenities offered/provided has been a huge improvement. Extremely excited to be part of this community.

Really bad communication when projects are being scheduled or maintenance needs to enter the unit. Parking is terrible because of all of the cars with no permits not being towed. Secure entry gates have been broken for 6-8 months if not longer. Bad response time on maintenance requests, I pretty much always have to go to the office after doing an online request.

I've lived here for nearly 10 years and I can't really complain but I don't think I'd recommend it to anyone i know either. My unit is an older unrenovated one and it currently has a more affordable rate than most of the rest around here so I will probably stay as long as you'll have me barring some life change.

The staff did a terrible job, I did not have access to my washer and drying in the unit that I initially being billed for until 1/6/25

Yes, I do not feel safe here. Our gates haven’t worked for over a year, there work homeless people living in one of the vacant apartments in my building, and homeless in the pool and jacuzzi often. About three weeks ago a random man was hanging around my apartment for 3 hours. He left the premises with my 6’3” Son came home. I’m not a hope resident. However, my maintenance request are fulfilled faster than what the previous owners. For that I said, thank you!

I love everything about this complex and hope i am approved to live there
