The homeless coming in and out is not okay. The gates always being open, i have seen homeless coming into the pool areas or walking around.

There are several different reasons for the high mark. First, Roxanna was wonderful and stopped what she was doing to give us a grand tour of the community and different available floor plans - a true professional. Second, the grounds were very clean. Everywhere we toured the grounds were clean, and we went everywhere from the street area, through outside halls to other apartment homes, parking lots, community amenities, restrooms, and back to the office. Third, and being a Property Management and Real Estate Professional for over 20+ years, it was nice to see the maintenance team out actively working within the community, along with the other team members doing their jobs with care. After touring several different communnities that day, it was refreshing to finally come to a community and experience how one should be treated in the first place. Koudos to the new Fairfeild team in just taking over this coummunity!

Staff was always amazing, no issues there. This property was just recently bought by Fairfield but previous company never maintained or fixed anything. I was without washer dryer and dishwasher for 2 months and without garage for 3 months.

Management, security, and front office staff are all awful. They don’t ever answer phones, they give poor/vague information, homeless people break into cars and shower/use the facilities as a public bath. Homeless people have also destroyed our amenities. It was a horrible place to live and horrible management.
