I need to return my when the strip that needed to be replaced come back to the dealership. The part is under my warranty.Only complaint was getting some to take my call in the first place. I kept having to recall several times until I got a service person to answer a call. I questioned this at the time I brought my vehicle in for service & received a reasonable response.

No remote to change TV channels available. Seemed a bit ridiculous to ask the service advisor to change channels.Overall Matt Blatt service center is a very efficient and comfortable facility. I would recommend them as a complete service center.Service is completed as requested. You're informed of any needed repairs prior to completing them.
