The problem here is that the previous online scheduling tool was asking about the current mileage and offered a variety of services based on it, current web scheduling tool has only one option "oil change" which will require the owner to give a follow up call and discuss which services are actually needed this time. It can also create scheduling issues as oil change is a 30 min task, while let's say a recommended 40K service will take 3 hours.The add-on car wash service was subpar, the tires and body were washed ok, but the windows were not, interior plastic and media screen left dusty etc. And we are talking about $50 service, while it will be around $25 elsewhereAdded all the comments alreadyGreat service, friendly staff
