We ask them to check the front tires because there has been load road noise lately. The only thing they said was get new tires.

The worker was very informative which I liked and at first I was irritated because I was on time for appointment but was told I had to still wait over an hour but then was taken care of quicker so I was satisfied with that I always feel that’s why u make an appointment but in the end it all worked outThey waited on me quicker then they said

After every appointment I get a text or email that I missed my appointment and then eventually receive a call that my vehicle hasn’t been serviced since the day I bought it. Please fix this glitch. I know it’s correct in the system when I get there so clearly the systems aren’t communicating.

Lack of customer care. I used to pick my car up and it was at least vacuumed and looked attended to. Now, for $500, its a matter of finding your car on the lot with no attention to care. Sorry I still believe the little touched DO matter. :)I think he did a good job and was attentive.

Scheduler didn't give me the correct date that I agreed to and this caused a problem for the service department on my arrival.
