My USB port was working and not working, sporadically. So Faled and Nick brought in Larry, the Service Manager, and he went the extra mile to contact Mitsubishi to see what had to be done to replace it. Per their instructions, he took pictures and Nick sent them in and told me they'd contact me as soon as they got this part. And that it would be done for me at no cost. The next day, Nick called me to follow up again to assure me they'd be contacting me as soon as they had what they needed to make this repair. GREAT SERVICE!!!Great service. Staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

The tires where rotated and two hubcaps came off while my daughter was driving
