Very polite people, very helpful

The service rep is very professional and informative and kindHave dealt with Matthews since 2010 for other car companies and they’ve always been very professional and courteous. Matthews is the closest dealership even though it is in NY and I bought my Mitsubishi in PA. Both dealerships in NE PA closed their Mitsubishi affiliation

It was a little hard to find exactly where I was supposed to go for the service department. Maybe a sign outside on the dorr.It is a 3 hour drive to this location. There are other locations that are closer.

My comfort level of your service facility is always met and/or exceeded!Customer service is definitely accommodating, service is completed as needed, along w/trustworthiness of workmanship!

Matthews is not a convenient locations for me. The Mitsubishi store I purchased my vehicle no longer carriers Mitsubishi.Pulls to the right. Horn is not working.The invoice was mailed to me.

I will continue to do business with Matthews auto!
