Mitsubishi had to send the necessary files to reprogram the carCommunicated well and stuck with trying to correct all the issues but found they needed Mitsubishi to send what they neededI had a very strange issue after I had Sam’s Club put in a new battery. The techs at Matthews worked for at least 10 hours trying to figure out why their computer couldn’t reset multiple warning lights that were on and no comfort controls at all. Jared, the service manager, kept me informed and gave me a loaner while they waited for Mitsubishi to send them reprogramming files. I was very grateful! Enough to give Jared a great big hug! Thank you to all who had the misfortune of working on the car but grateful it won’t happen to anyone else as it was a good learning experience to their team of mechanics!! Thank you is just not enough!😁

The service rep is very professional and informative and kindHave dealt with Matthews since 2010 for other car companies and they’ve always been very professional and courteous. Matthews is the closest dealership even though it is in NY and I bought my Mitsubishi in PA. Both dealerships in NE PA closed their Mitsubishi affiliation

It was a little hard to find exactly where I was supposed to go for the service department. Maybe a sign outside on the dorr.It is a 3 hour drive to this location. There are other locations that are closer.
