Everyone is always cheerfully helpful and no high pressure.

I was very happy because not only did they do a good job but I was on a time crunch and they accommodated me and got my car out of there and plenty of time for my next appointment.And they were very nice!

From the time we walked through the door, we were greeted with a sincere welcome and hospitality. Jared Galusha was the mechanic who worked on our car. He was so kind and genuine and explained what he was going to do and gave us realistic timeline of when our car would be ready. He also directed us to the hospitality station where refreshments were made available to us. Upon completion of the job, Jared reiterated what was done to the car. He thanked us for choosing the Vestal location. We left feeling like we knew Jared for years! An experience you do not always receive from other businesses. Thank you, Jared!

Jared is the best in the service department. He makes sure that everything is done to perfection. Always goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. He always has a smile and greets me like I was family.The service is outstanding.

Kind of stuffed off to side, not comfortable chair, tv ok no magazines. Courtesy desk was loud.It was dirty when I left it , thought they might wash or vacuum. It🤷‍♀️ driver seat was all the way back. No big deal though.Tim in service very personable, kept me informed. Did good job👏Your an hour away
