Matthews is not a convenient locations for me. The Mitsubishi store I purchased my vehicle no longer carriers Mitsubishi.Pulls to the right. Horn is not working.The invoice was mailed to me.

Please refer to my previous comments at the start of the survey.My husband and I traveled from Scranton, PA to have our car repaired because we do not have a Mitsubishi dealer in our area. the Vestal location proved we made the best choice for servicing our car. From the time we walked through the door, we were greeted with a sincere welcome and hospitality. Jared Galusha was the mechanic who worked on our car. He was so kind and genuine and explained what he was going to do and gave us realistic timeline of when our car would be ready. He also directed us to the hospitality station where refreshments were made available to us. Upon completion of the job, Jared reiterated what was done to the car. He thanked us for choosing the Vestal location. We left feeling like we knew Jared for years! An experience you do not always receive from other businesses. Thank you, Jared!
