-On the day of our first appointment, we were told that the next appointment would take approximately 45 minutes to complete the camera replacement, but it was closer to 2-2.5 hours.We had to explain that the tires that were on the rear of the vehicle had been rotated from the front just a few weeks prior to our appointment three different times. The service advisor, as well as the service manager, seemed to get hung up on the fact that the tires were wearing prematurely while ignoring the fact that the vehicle is not safe to drive and we were driving from over an hour away. Their solution was to bring it back in for another look despite us expressing our concerns with driving so far away. The service advisor did not come out to update us until the vehicle was basically done and did not have any resolution for the problems.Other than the concerns listed previously, we also inquired about trading the vehicle in for another vehicle, so the service advisor had a salesman come over to us. We explained what was going on and what we would like to do. The salesman was more concerned with speaking to the service team about possible issues and never once offered to show us any vehicles. We have owned 5 Mitsubishi's since 2017 and were loyal customers, but this experience has made us consider other vehicle brands for future purchases as we would have to drive over an hour away to purchase a Mitsubishi and have it serviced and if this is the type of service we could expect, we'd rather spend our money elsewhere.

A time should be provided so customers are able to make better arrangements when dropping off the vehicle.Really outdated!The customer adviser was extremely friendly and also apologetic regarding the time. He also showed the price of a part before installing so that I could opt to get it somewhere else. I really appreciated the heads up! If, when scheduling a service, customers could be informed of the amount of time the service will take, it would be a huge improvement.The car service took two hours. I understand that the work takes time, but when you offer to have customers wait, you should at least provide an estimated time. This was just a regular service appointment.

The service department is always busy. There aren't a lot of appointments available. This is probably due to the great mechanics and quality of service.The level of friendliness, expertise, and quality of service I experienced here is hard to come by.

We traveled from Clarks Summit PA to have the used Mitsubishi we purchased checked out given that Matthew’s was the nearest dealership. We will continue to make the trip because the service was great.Very efficient and accommodating. We used a courtesy car to get to and from a golf course while the car was getting checked. Excellent communications from the service dept.

Could possibly make the Outlanders a little bigger to have a little more room for someone to sit in the third row seats, there isn’t any leg room back there.It has a Great warranty, a lot of safety features while driving, loved the two toned colors of the interior.
