Hood was not latchedEveryone makes mistakes but I will be back for sure.My hood wasn't closed and latched.I will definitely check before I drive away again.I was disappointed with the tires I got in my car. They only lasted 18,000 miles.I went in for service to get new tires and I was driving home and my hood wasn't closed. As I started going faster I noticed it and pulled over to shut it.

I scheduled in person.I scheduled a 50000 mile service for that day. But when I arrived I was told that they only had me down for an oil change. The young lady at the checkin desk said they wouldn't have time for anything more than the oil change, but the gentleman said they would take care of the full inspection.
