Cindy Katz the property manager provided timely and quality help on our needs when we are still tenants, I have never seen a professional property manager like her before, and I am so grateful for her being our property manager. I will definitely choose her as my property manager if I have property to be managed in the future.

I have entrusted my rental house in San Jose since 2009 for its rental. Both times the house was vacant I received excellent service and M&R found really good, reliable tenants. I had only used M&R to actually rent the house and I then managed it. I have just turned over full management to their company. Very content customer.
