Matusich and Raich has managed my rental since 2008. They have consistently provided exceptional service. Recently, my tenant moved out as they purchased a home and within a week they had another tenant lined up. Shelley manages my house and she is an exceptional property manager. I feel she treats it as if it were her own rental. Any time a tenant reports a problem she immediately contacts me and with my approval will have the problem fixed. I would highly recommend M&R to both prospective tenants and property owners!!!

I would like you to help me keep my rent charges in line with the going rate. Increases only occur when I initiate the call and I am not as well versed in what is a fair charge is. It seems my rents are well below the market rate

The service provided by the company has been professional and fair. Good and minimal communication with the property owner (my wife and I), and I suspect it is the same with the renter. All usual incidents have been dealt with on time.

Cindy was terrific with organizing the repair work on my rental. She also updated me on possible rent increases I could do for the upcoming year.

We enjoy living on the roundtable drive apartments. We are still having issues with cockroaches. We believe that cockroaches are coming from other units.
