We used this company (Matusich and Raich) to manage our rental property in San Jose, for about 4 years. Shelly M. in particular performed an amazing job. Even when we left California we did not worry one bit about the management of our property. The only reason we parted company with Matusich and Raich was because we were out of CA and felt it was time to consolidate in our new resident state.
