We used this company (Matusich and Raich) to manage our rental property in San Jose, for about 4 years. Shelly M. in particular performed an amazing job. Even when we left California we did not worry one bit about the management of our property. The only reason we parted company with Matusich and Raich was because we were out of CA and felt it was time to consolidate in our new resident state. I would recommend this company for your property management needs.

The plumbers did great with. I just wish they would have reattached my hose outside, as I cannot get it to attach without leaking.
