We had a very difficult situation with a family member who had a TERRIBLE tenant. She signed with Matusich and Raich and they held our hands the whole way. (Shelley and Rick). We feel we are in good hands. New tenant.

I would have given you 5 stars but the wasp nests and large black ants were not taken care of; I put out some bait for the ants but I'm not going anywhere near the wasps, I'm allergic. Thank you.

We appreciate the service provided by MMR. All our tenants have been well served by your efficient managers. Our rental has been under your management since 2008. The same tenants have been living there since 8 years ago.
