As rents continue to rise it would be great if the fee structure is revised downwards or maybe consider a tiered pricing. For properties that dont have too much maintenance or issues besides collecting rent and occasional issues, consider lowering the mgmt fees, for properties that do require a lot of TLC, maybe keep the current fee rates. Cindy is great and I love working with her, very responsive and helpful.

We got a speedy response to our request. The technician who came out was familiar with the problem, knew the solution and had the necessary equipment and parts to fix it. We could not ask for more.

Working with Cindy, the project manager for rentals, has been fabulous. She is very responsive and helpful whenever I have contacted her. When I decided to update my rental, she assisted in getting contractors to some of the work, and she ordered the window treatments and met the installers to complete that job.
