We are very happy with the level service. Two things that needs to be improved are 1) I would like to have at least either quarterly or semi annual inspection of the units be written in the lease or at least have someone do inspection on the units on a regular schedule 2) Second comment was few times (I recall at least twice) when you send the handyman he could not fix the problem and I had to go instead and, I managed to fix the issue even though I have no handyman experience. I think he gave up too easily, Handyman service needs to improve.

I appreciate the follow up. Cindy Katz genuinely cares about our well being and providing thorough customer service that always leaves us happy and confident issues will be resolved to our satisfaction.

It would be good if monthly funds were deposited earlier than 12 days after the start of the month. Most other prop mgmt. companies deposit within the first 5 days of the month.
