Excellent service, but I wish a report is issues on the condition of the property after the annual check is completed. Other than that I'm very happy with the service.

I first began working with Rick in 1977. I began using he an his staff for rental and property management services in 1981. Rick and his staff have always been extremely helpful and very professional the entire time we have been associated. I highly recommend them.
