1. It would be great if I can receive periodic pictures update on my property's condition (exterior, back yard tree trims...etc). 2. It would be great if you can also provide a yearly comment(s) on real estate condition (supply-demand, price of rent/sell,...) of Rivermark community and surrounding areas.

Almost everything has been great, but the door needs to be repainted. At first I was told it would be done immediately upon moving in, then next week, then the week after that... It's been over five weeks now. Just asked about it yesterday and haven't heard back.

Cindy has been very helpful and responsive. When we remodeled our townhome, she was instrumental in getting the job done. I appreciated her input on what items to replace and with what appliances to use.

Water sewage flooding episode-- Contacted Cindy K. She got right on it. Called Diana at plumbing service and two guys showed up in about 75 minutes. Pipe unclogged with snake in about ten minutes. Two weeks later, floor cleaning service came to mop floor and clean carpet. Done! Good job.

Rick and Shelley have been great to have on our team. They are knowledgeable, responsive and fair to both tennent and owners. I feel at ease knowing that Matusich is always there for me.
