We are happy with your tenant screening process most of all. There has never been a problem with late rent or missing rent for the past 11 years . Our tenants are satisfied with your service.It is rather unusual that our present tenant of 6 years has been most helpful and cooperative in alerting us with the maintenance work like termite inspection and remediation and replacing rotted siding and wall repair etc. An annual home inspection from M&R would be provide better service for long term rentals.
