I wish that when my father Herbert Kiesler was alive the people at your company in charge of his rental would have consistently raised the rent. We now have been under water with this home for many years. And my mother desperately needs the rental income now. The person I have been working with the last few years has done well ( Shelley Mitchell) in apprising me of the rental increases. But this should have been ongoing years ago.
