I have been very impressed with the way that the business is conducted. Shelley, our rental agent, is so great to work with. The property is well-maintained but when we needed something repaired Shelley set up an appointment right away and the issue was fixed the day of the appointment. The ongoing maintenance items such as gardener, tree pruning, etc are handled very professionally. The website for paying rent and communicating is easy to use. All in all, it's been a very smooth renting experience.
