Living in France, I cannot manage my property myself but leaving such a massive responsibility in someone else's hands is scary. Not only does this service provide property management at a level I feel is better than I could do myself, but also the account manager, Shelley, has frequently offered advice to improve the property while also providing expert advice on rental charges. Property Manager Shelley Mitchell is a terrific property manager. She is always on top of things, knowledgeable, and very timely.

The property managers that have handled my rental property have always been personable, professional, and exceptionally good at what they do. I must commend Shelley (and Cindy before her) for being top-notch managers and taking the stress out of owning rental property.

I love the unique features to this apartment such as the broom closet and the great water pressure.. also the filter in the laundry room for hard water was a pleasant surprise.. it’s great to have a waste disposal in the sink, so far so good

M and R were really nice and friendly landlords. They were really fast about fixing any maintenance issues we had at our apartment. I would have given them a 5 star review but I did not like how they didn't let my second car be parked next to the steel fence. I had been parking there for 9 years and had no issue until my last couple of months there. It still does not make sense to me why they wouldn't let me park there since the complex right infront of us allows their tenants to do it. Overall, thanks for everything else M and R

I think the company responds quickly to problems at the rental. I would like to see an annual inspection and feedback to me. As much as I see there is never one of your representatives checking on the rental. You receive every month a commission that should include an annual inspection. Sincerely Elfriede
