Very welcoming

Since my child’s appointment was running behind, I wanted to schedule the next appointment while I waited. Even though there were 4 staff members there (1 in training) no one even took the time to acknowledge me. Not friendly at all. The turn over of staff is concerning as well.

It was a wonderful experience for my first visit. Everyone was very welcoming.

All staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and informative.

First experience was good. My initial exam was thorough and Dr. Joe explained everything in a way I could understand. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I appreciate how nice the people are I wish they were slightly more chatty like my last dentist because I feel really awkward when no one’s speaking but that’s more of a me problem I think so I’d say it’s a nice place

Everyone was friendly, professional. Answered my questions, really listened to my concerns about my teeth.
