That the nurse practitioner that saw me didn't seem to want to do her job, when I told her I needed my paperwork today, she suddenly said she would try to get to it, and then she sent someone else to tell me she couldn't do it.

Requested ABT for a sinus infection and did not receive anything. Requested once again for my Trazadone 100 MG that I've taken for years and it wasn't ordered and of course no explanation given or return call once in inquired. Been in Tizanidine 40 MG Prn for years and was ordered 2 MG..........why?!
