How does a complex not replace light bulbs

So far it's been pretty bad. I'm trying to sign the guarantor application since yesterday morning and the link you sent does not work. I emailed the leasing office twice (no response) and called yesterday. I have yet to receive a response or working link.

My shower is still leaking and is leaving my tub yellow and black for some reason

Didn’t even let us know in advance that somebody was coming lol the dude almost walked in on my partner naked. I don’t mind them coming in but at least text or call before they’re about to come in. Other than that he did his job well. Mainly just communication. It also almost took a week for him to even show up to begin with.

Stacy in the office is delightfully friendly. The other office staff are unremarkable and seem unapproachable, but Stacy has been here longer, so I have a long-standing relationship with her. However, it should be noted of all office staff I have encountered throughout my time at McCarty Commons, Stacy is by far the most pleasant, gregarious, helpful staff member on site.

Tracy was exceptional. I truly felt informed and the facility was in beautiful condition. My questions were clearly answered.

The toilet was not fixed the caulking is not sealed toilet is still loose.The batteries were not changed in the smoke alarm since it wasn’t chirping when he arrived. I did mention it comes and goes the batteries are about to be out..He placed black tape on the faucet handle to tell us where to stop the handle to turn off the water.
