Mostly positive. The pool is often dirty (dead insects, leaves, trash). 2 out of 3 gates to the pool don't work. People don't pick up their dog poop. All my maintenance requests were taken care of quickly. Office staff are friendly. Clubhouse and gym are nice and clean.

Been living here a couple years now and I love it! All the staff is so helpful and engaging, I love all the fun ways they keep the community engaged throughout the year, like holiday contests, celebrating national treat days, and fun pet of the month awards. The maintenance team is awesome, quick, friendly, and the complex is always looking its best. I know this review sounds too good to be true, but having been a resident for some time now, I have really seen and enjoyed the care that management puts into this place. I’m always trying to recommend friends and family to check this place out!!

No one greeted me when I walked through the door. Not to mentioned there was a lady standing right by the coffee machine who I’m sure working in the leasing office and still didn’t say anything to me. Over all it wasn’t terrible completely but the beginning wasn’t very pleasant..
