Mathew was able to fix my shower door and it no longer leaks water. I was having to use a towel eachbtime I showered, which was becoming annoying. He has got to be one of the greatest assets of the team of people that work here at McCarty Commons Apartments. If only the tenants that repeatedly violate the properties policies it would remain the best apartment of many I have lived in as a retired veteran. I have confidence that will surely change as time goes on. Thank you.

The maintenance are knowledgeable that the cause if the problem was easily identified and solved.

McCarty Commons is a good place to live at. However it does come with some issues. Maintenance taking days to come by to fix an issue we labeled as URGENT. Maintenance is helpful when they’re here, just BY THE TIME they come out after we’ve put in a request is a bit crazy. Trying to find parking is absolutely ridiculous at times. Before when we had visitor parking passes, they’ll be like tons of visitors taking up parking for the ones who did live here. One thing I absolutely DO NOT like about McCarty Commons is the PARKING LOT! There’s like little to no parking spots, it’s such an inconvenience.

The lady who helped assist me with the tour and all the wonderful process of the paperwork was amazing . She was patient with me and very soft spoke which gave me an extra comfort welcoming to the apartments .

I was able to view a 2 bedroom apartments, but I was interested in a 1 bedroom apartment. Being able to see any model would ease the mind of possible tenants. We accepted out necessity, and are a bit nervous that it might not be what I expected as I did not get to walk through a 1 bedroom apartment before signing the lease.
