For 27 miles, it had scratches on the top left side of the hood and the passenger door handle. Did not notice these until I got it home and my daughter-in-law pointed them out.The Sales Department is not pushy.

Cold waiting roomThis is the third time I have taken my 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in for routine service at the McClinton dealership. There has been different people working there every time. I can't help but wonder why this is? I suppose this time they were all off for a good reason, but it does not leave a comforting feeling with me. I will continue to take my vehicle in for service. But, I will definitely take note each time. Thank You.My appointment was on a Friday. Check in area was under staffed. Ryan was my advisor, he did a very good job keeping me informed on the work progress of my vehicle. I feel like Ryan was doing the best he could with the situation.

Not sure if issue. Is a Mitsubishi issueWorried my car is a lemon and I have the extended warranty through my dealership. They gave me a loaner car and was honest that this is an issue not dealt with at this dealership.. something new the corporation is trying to resolveVery helpful with my issue
