The price differences on the app is alarming and not nice to get a customer in the work done and it be double!!!Fix the prices listed when you book service!!!!In the app when I booked the wheel alignment it stated a price of 69.99 it was a 180.00 when I picked my car up

I have always been very satisfied with the service and the staff at Mitsubishi Motors but I would like you to change the name on mailings from Ed Galland to Liz Galland because my husband passed away on September 23,2022. I must have missed notifying you. Thank you,Liz Galland.

Too many appointments requiredTwo trips to get a new key fob, an hour each tripI would never recommend buying a Mitsubishi after our experiences with our new car. The staff at McClinton are great, but the vehicle itself has spent more time in the shop than it should a vehicle that’s only 2 years old.Length of time and number of trips to fix the issue

My service wrench could not be resetI will visit TN next week where Mitsubishi headquarters is located. I plan on showing them the old oil change sticker on the car and try to get the mileage traced up to the point of sale of the car too me. I really hope Mitsubishi of Clarksburg did not tamper with the car and someone can re set my service wrench.My service wrench could not be reset. I do believe it is the fault of the dealership I bought the car from which is Mitsubishi in Clarksburg WV. I believe the odometer was tampered with before I bought the car. I discovered an old oil change sticker on my car from 2024. If the mileage is accurate on that sticker, my car would have had around 8000 miles on it instead of 4900 that was what it was sold to me as.

This feedback is more based to Mitsubishi I do not agree with if you have a bumper to bumper warranty that stated to you it coverings everything then my battery goes out at just over 50,000 that is not covered. If that is true then please do not make your customers believe they have a full bumper to bumper warranty when it is not true. Thank you

The scheduling of my recall notice was excellent. I was thrilled they were able to do my oil change that day as well.All employees were prompt & very professional. Work was completed quickly & I appreciate that.
