Finance needs to be more transparent and upfrontSeemed glitchyFinance did not go over anything with us and never saw or the final numbers till we got paperwork. No discussion on all the extras that were added unannounced to usSalesman was informative and very straightforward

N/An/Aparts had to be order.n/AI have been very strong supporter of Mitsubishi telling my family and friends that it is a good company and they stand behind their vehicles until now. If you put out a 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty saying it covers everything then stand behind your warranty.Was told when we purchased or 2022 Outlander it was covered bumper to bumper for 60,000 miles or five years covered everything. Then when I have an issue it was not covered had to purchase a new battery and pay for it to be checked. Sorry to be upset but if your told bumper to bumper when you buy the car then that is what it should be please stand behind what your told.

I had wanted them to look at their and do something ! The paint one was not the same color and the door looks awefulTook a long time
