Service department is always helpful, courteous and answers all of my concerns

He could not answer any of my questions and didn't seem to try to find out the answers.Just please make sure someone is there that can help a customer with their questions. Up till this trip, I have been very satisfied with the service.Needed to make an appointment for a 30 month service and the young man said I had to call to do that. That he didn't know how.Had to stand and wait for over 5 minutes after arriving. No one said hello or anything but be with you in a few.Great service but need to make sure your service people can answer your questions when asked.

Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and courteous. We were met on the lot by Adam on an extremely hot day and he went back and forth getting keys to 3 different vehicles. He was sooo helpful answering all my questions and he never left our side. I was totally pleased with the whole process!They are prompt! Helpful and courteous! Took care of everything from start to finish!
